Self-defense course for women
The RICO Group organized a self-defence course for women in which 14 women took part.

We began with an hour-long expert panel on the topic of "How do I react in threatening situations?" - full of practical advice, insightful findings and plenty of room for questions.
We then jumped straight into practice with three hours of hands-on training. We practiced everything from basic movements to the most effective punching techniques, all with a smile on our faces (well, most of the time anyway).
Let's just say we went home with aching fingers but a lot more confidence.
The feedback? 100% positive!
The atmosphere? Supportive, strong and truly inspiring.
The message? We are stronger than we think.
The best thing about it? Every single woman went home feeling strong and ready to take on the world 🛡️.
