You accompany every silicone injection molding tool from the design stage through production and sampling to series release. The aim is to develop molds in such a way that they produce reliably for the customer immediately. With around 70 employees worldwide in the office and in the field, our toolmaking team is one of the largest and most experienced in the industry.

One current example is the project with AirUp. Our specialists were already involved in the planning phase in order to jointly check the feasibility of the nozzle and straw - key components of the innovative drinking bottle. The challenge: complex geometries and an ambitious schedule.
Our team implemented various geometries in simulations and produced a 3D-printed express sample mold for early tests. The collaboration was particularly close - including several workshops directly at the customer's premises.

A tool from our Topline series - our premium segment - was used for series production. Topline enables maximum performance, individual adjustments and maximum service life. Complex separations and sophisticated demolding were implemented professionally.

Thanks to close coordination and transparent communication, the project was completed on schedule.
