With bundled silicone expertise and over 30 years of international experience, we offer excellent material knowledge, from liquid silicone (LSR) to solid silicone (HTV). As pioneers in injection molding technology, we produce high-quality injection molded parts from silicone and have extensive expertise in single and multi-component production. In addition, we develop and automate injection molding tools for the manufacture of silicone products, from prototyping to series production, all from a single source. Our in-house hardening shop ensures optimum component properties for every project.

As one of the world's leading suppliers of 2K molds for elastomers, thermoplastics and inserts, we manufacture low-burr, waste-free and rework-free multi-component parts using a fully automated injection molding process. Our globally consistent product quality and reliable, long-term delivery reliability ensure sustainable risk minimization.

1994 Foundation of RICO
Foundation of RICO Elastomere Projecting GmbH by the three partners Johannes Grabner, Alfred Griesbaum and Gerhard Kornfelder.
2000 Foundation of HTR
RICO Elastomere Projecting GmbH founds the subsidiary Härtereitechnik HTR Rosenblattl GmbH in Thalheim near Wels, Austria.
Plasticspritzerei AG and Silwo Silikon-Spritzerei AG receive ISO 9001 certification.
2001 Foundation of SIMTEC & construction of RICO company building
Foundation of SIMTEC Silicone Parts LLC by Enrique Camacho in Madison, Wisconsin, USA.
RICO Elastomere Projecting GmbH moves into the newly constructed company building in Thalheim near Wels in Austria.
2004 ISO 9001 for RICO

The Plasticspritzerei AG and the Silwo Silikon-Spritzerei AG expand the company building in Wolfhalden for the third time.
2008 SIMTEC award
The SIMTEC Silicone Parts LLC was recognized for the production of LSR 2-K (LSR / PA) parts for a customer in America and LSR 2-K (LSR / PBT) parts for a customer in Europe.
The injection molding machines for these orders were the first of their kind.
2009 second company expansion RICO, first company expansion SIMTEC

The RICO Group, with its four subsidiaries, is acquiring Semperit AG a new owner.
